Temporary Address is a nomadic gallery based between Dublin, and Cologne. Founded in 2020 under the name ‘CRUX’, previously operating as an artist-run collective established by Frances Hennigan, Lana May Fleming, and Luke van Gelderen, the collective began by producing digital and site-responsive projects exploring alternative modes of exhibition making. Early initiatives included the off-site exhibition and accompanying website crux.project at Rathmichael Ringfort, Dublin (2020), Periodical Review 11 at Pallas Projects/Studios (2021), and Real, B63, Witten, in collaboration with Kulturforum Witten (2024). Since then, CRUX has evolved into Temporary Address, reflecting an expanded vision as a flexible, nomadic gallery. Temporary Address supports early-career artists and practitioners through ambitious, self-initiated exhibitions and site-specific and collaborative projects across Ireland, Europe, and online.
