Nomad City emerged from the operations of The School Hasselt, in collaboration with PXL University College, UCLL University College and the City of Hasselt. With Nomad City, we created a contemporary nomadic village that travels through Hasselt to establish workshops, lectures, permaculture projects and community connections, where art, education and life are once again interwoven. We regularly invite artists, designers, architects and permaculturists to use lands near neighborhoods and schools as a laboratory for this artistic research into communal and sustainable living.
